INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE XA

 IN SUSPENDING BEVERAGE

A.Produce 1000ml as the example

Suagr: 50 gram, Apple concentrated juice: 15 gram, XA(stabilizer): 1.1 gram, Citric acid: 2.2 gram, potassium sorbate: 0.3 gram, Tr100: 0.35 gram, Apple flavor: 0.6 gram

This produce complete in the lab.

  1. Put the XA, sugar, TR100, potassium sorbate mixed and put into 400ml, 85°C water in the 1000ml cup. (stir dissolve about 5 minutes)
  2. Use 200 gram 50°C water dissolve the malic acid and apple concentrated juice.
  3. Put the step B liquid into the 1000ml cup and mixed.
  4. Add the water into the 1000ml cup, until the volume reach to 1000ml.
  5. Put the apple flavor and color into the 1000 cup and mixed.
  6. Filling in the bottle.
  7. Put the bottle into the 85°C hot water 15 minutes, sterilization.
  8. The apple juice(30%) is finished.

B.Produce 1000ml as the example

This produce complete in the produce line. Fit for process in the equipment line.

A.Process: The operator mixing the XA and some sugar, TR100, potassium sorbate together to dissolve with 85° C water (400L) in tanks (with high speed shearing machine). The shear times is 10 min.B. After the XA, sugar , and TR100 dissolve, Put them into the mixing tank.

C.Ues normal temperature water (100L) dissolve the water and concentrated juice. After dissolve, put into the mixing tank

D Put the water into the mixing tank until the volume reach to 1000L.

E.Put the apple flavor and color into the 

F.Make the juice pass the UHT.

G.Filling
